Craig Nielsen, APRN

Craig Nielsen, FNP, is proud to serve the Uintah Basin, where he was born and raised. First and foremost, he is a devoted husband and father, and he carries the values of family, hard work, and integrity into every aspect of his practice. Craig's background includes experience in both the ICU at LDS Hospital and in correctional healthcare at the Davis County Jail. These roles taught him the importance of treating every patient with respect and without judgment, while also recognizing the real-life impact that healthcare decisions have on individuals and their families. Outside of medicine, Craig shares many of the same interests as those he serves. He enjoys horse riding and team roping, camping, fishing, hunting, and dirt biking. His earlier work in the oilfield and as a water truck driver gives him a unique ability to relate to patients from all walks of life, especially those in physically demanding and rural occupations. Craig is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care rooted in listening, trust, and respect. As a new family nurse practitioner, he is proud of the journey that brought him here and is dedicated to continually growing as a provider while serving his community with excellence.
