- Drug screens (DOT and non-DOT) by certified collection personnel
- Pre-employment physicals, including DOT physicals
- Recurring physicals, including DOT physicals
- Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) and screening questionnaires
- Hearing tests
- Spirometry and fit testing
- Work-related injuries (Workers comp)
- Blood work including titers and labs
- Post-accident assessment
- Audiometry
- SCUBA

Clinic Hours*
Mondays: 8 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12-1 pm)
Tuesdays: 8 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12-1 pm)
Wednesdays: 8 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12-1 pm)
Thursdays: 8 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12-1 pm)
Fridays: 8 am - 5 pm (closed for lunch 12-1 pm)
