Chelsea Roth, APRN

Chelsea is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Graduating in 2022 from Frontier Nursing University with her Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to completing her nurse practitioner degree, Chelsea was a Registered Nurse for nearly twelve years. She believes in providing tailored, high-quality care to patients. Chelsea is a native of Vernal and is proud to be back in the area taking care of the community she loves and patients in her home town.
